Q: Does Promac only service copiers/printers?
A: We service more! We provide services for just about anything electronic in your office. They range, but are not limited to copiers/mfps/printers, VOIP, IT services, Document & Office Solutions, Large Format Printers, Production Printers, Servers, Cloud Hosting, etc.
Q: How do I connect my computer to my Konica Minolta machine?
A: Please see our “How To” Page information and videos on how you can download Print Drivers online.
Q: Do you sell any other machines besides Konica Minoltas?
A: No, we do not. We only offer Konica Minolta because it is the top of the line, quality product.
Q: Do you service any other machines aside from Konica Minoltas?
A: We can service all brands, but cannot guarantee parts if needed.
Q: What can I do with my old toners? (link to a toner recycling program)
A: We can help you recycle them for free!!! Please check the clean planet program on our website or give us a call for personal assistance.
Q: I want to upgrade my machine, how do I do that?
A: We would be more than happy to help you upgrade your current equipment! Please feel free to give us a call for assistance.
Q: Are there any employees or technicians that can help me in another language?
A: Yes, many on the Promac team are fluent in Korean and Spanish.
Q: How do I find the meters on my machine?
A: Please visit our “Meters” Page on the website, or give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you find the meter.
Q: Can I replace the toners by myself?
A: Absolutely! We usually demo during installation, but if you ever forget or just need a reminder, we can walk you through the process over the phone or drop by to show you in person.
Q: If I am not a current customer on contract, can I still order parts/supplies from you guys?
A: Of course! We are more than happy to assist you with parts/supplies.
